NOTICE PERIOD

With the exception of the ‘settling-in’ period and fixed period contracts, I require four weeks written notice to change or terminate the contract. Even if the child ceases to attend before the four weeks has ended, the hours that they would have attended remain payable.

I will give four weeks notice to terminate the contact. If parents would prefer more notice this can be accommodated, however in this instance I would ask that the parents notice period matches mine.

In the case of fixed term contracts, if the child ceases to attend before the end of the period the contract covers, the hours that they would have attended until the end of the contract remain payable.

If fees are regularly late or payments are returned by my bank, if the child is collected from club/school/pre-school by either the parents or someone else without my prior knowledge, or if I am physically or verbally abused by the child or parent(s) I reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately and without notice.
