DAYCARE FEES

 

• 1st child Hourly Rate: £4.75 per hour / £2.40 per ½ hour

• 2nd child Hourly Rate: £4.25 per hour / £2.20 per ½ hour

• Full Day (7am-7pm): £42.00 *

• Full Week (5 days 7am-7pm): £195 *

• Before 7am and after 7pm: £4.00 per ½ hour for EACH child **

• Unarranged additional hours: To be discussed

• Overnight: To be discussed

• Bank Holidays: To be discussed  **
• Snacks & drinks: Included
• Meals: Breakfast 50p *. Lunch £2 *. Dinner £2.50 *.

 

School holidays:  If my services are not required during school holidays, a retainer is payable to hold the child’s place open.  This is 50% of the contractual weekly charge.  If the child attends during this time, the full fees become due for those days.  

Outings:  Fees for outings are variable, depending on entry charges.  These are paid on top of the hourly charge for care.

Holidays:  100% of the contractual weekly charge is payable during any holidays by the parents when I would normally have the child.  If the childminder takes holiday then there is no fee payable. #

Sickness:  Normal fees are payable during any sickness a child may have.  This is the case whether they have to be collected part way through the day or if they don’t attend at all.  I do not expect to be paid if I am too ill to look after your child. #

 

Note: I prefer not to work the days that fall between Christmas and New Year.

* All meals are included for full daycare children.

** Fees are negotiable for parents who require regular out of hours care.  If those same parents require occasional Bank Holiday care this can also normally be arranged.
