Equal Opportunities
As we live in a multicultural society, I value and respect different religions, cultures and languages.
I don’t stereotype people according to their race or gender.
I do not to make distinctions between male and female roles, and give all the children in my care the chance to express their individual personalities through various forms of play.
By treating children equally, you sometimes have to treat them differently i.e. children with disabilities need extra help.
Regarding your child’s diet, any religious or dietary needs will be met. Parents are the best source of information regarding their child’s diet, and I appreciate input on a regular basis.
