I am aware of the need to maintain privacy and confidentiality. I always write in a diary about your child's day (which you take home) and discuss with you any issues or concerns.  

Confidentiality Policy

I have a responsibility to keep the records and personal details of all of the children in my care confidential.  This also extends to their families and any information that may be disclosed to me in confidence.  I and any staff will ensure the need to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
