I am aware of the need to maintain privacy and confidentiality. I always write in a diary about your child's day (which you take home) and discuss with you any issues or concerns.  

BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT

As an Accredited Registered Childminder and a member of the National Childminding Association, I aim to offer a quality childcare service for parents and children.  I recognize the need to set reasonable and appropriate boundaries to help manage the behavior of the children in my care.

I will not give corporal punishment to any child in my care and shall ensure that corporal punishment is not given to any such child by the person who cares for or who is in regular contact as well as any person working on my premises. I expect the children in my care to treat each other kindly and with respect.
